Hi, I’m Gina - I’m so glad you’re here! I’m the owner of Eleváre by Gina O. | Hair + Beauty, a personalized hair and beauty studio in Salem, Virginia. My work is rooted in healthy hair, thoughtful education, and creating polished, wearable results that still feel like you. I specialize in dimensional color, gray blending and transitions, integrity-focused blonding, corrective color, customized haircuts, healthy-hair care, and styling. As Eleváre has grown, I’ve also expanded into select beauty services including soft natural makeup, special-occasion hairstyling, Hair Care 101 education, and Mom + Mini beauty experiences. My path here wasn’t exactly traditional. For more than a decade, I worked in corporate leadership, eventually serving as a Vice President of Operations. From the outside, I had built the career I was supposed to want - but over time, I realized I was missing creativity, connection, and a deeper sense of purpose. So, in my 40s, I made the decision to start over. I left the corporate world, returned to school full-time, and pursued cosmetology. I traded boardrooms for classrooms, spreadsheets for mannequins, and meetings for color formulas — and found a career that allows me to combine creativity, problem-solving, education, and genuine connection every day. Today, I bring that same professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence into every Eleváre appointment. My Approach I believe beauty should enhance what already feels like you — not completely change it. With hair, that means protecting integrity, setting realistic expectations, and creating a long-term plan based on your hair’s current condition, lifestyle, maintenance preferences, budget, and goals. Sometimes that means taking a slower approach to blonding or color correction. Sometimes it means repairing first and coloring later. And sometimes the healthiest plan looks a little different from the inspiration photo — and I’ll always be honest with you about that. With beauty services, my approach is just as intentional. My makeup style is fresh, natural, and polished rather than heavy or dramatic, and special-occasion styling is designed to complement you, your event, and how you want to feel. Whether you’re coming in for color, a haircut, Hair Care 101, styling, makeup, or a special experience, every appointment begins with listening to what you actually want. For me, that means creating an experience that goes beyond a single hair appointment. It’s about helping you better understand your hair, feel confident in your routine, enjoy getting ready for a special moment, or simply leave feeling a little more polished than when you arrived. Hair will always be at the heart of what I do, but Eleváre gives me room to grow into a more complete hair + beauty experience while keeping the same thoughtful, personalized approach. Beyond the Studio When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll usually find me spending time with family, working on my next idea, enjoying a quiet day outdoors, or learning something new. I’m a wife, mom, nature lover, dream chaser, lifelong believer in personal growth, and someone who knows firsthand that it is never too late to reinvent yourself. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy To ensure appointment availability for all guests, I kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the scheduled service. • No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service and may be required to prepay or leave a deposit for future appointments. • If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may be considered a no-show depending on the service scheduled.
